Together Rafferty and Bonnar bring more than 70 years of professional First Responder experience, including at the OFPD where they both have served with the highest honors and distinctions.
Their commitment is to ensure that the Orland Fire Protection District remains the most effective Fire District in the country in saving lives and fighting fires.
No one understands the needs of emergency First Responders (firefighters, paramedics) better than First Responders who have extensive Fire Department and Police Department experience.

The District has received the highest recognition from the nation’s most prestigious Fire Department reviewing agencies.
